Welcome to DFW Home Fix Pros! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dfwhomefixpros.com, a directory connecting Dallas-Fort Worth homeowners with local home service professionals. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Use of the Site

DFW Home Fix Pros provides a platform to search for and list home service professionals (e.g., plumbers, electricians) in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You may:

  • Search listings and contact pros directly.
  • Claim or submit a free listing if you’re a home service provider.
  • Upgrade to a premium listing for added features (see Section 3).
    You agree not to misuse the site—don’t post false info, spam users, or attempt to hack our systems.

2. Listings & Claims

  • Free Listings: Businesses can be listed for free (e.g., name, address, phone). We source data from public records or user submissions—accuracy isn’t guaranteed.
  • Claiming a Listing: Pros can claim their listing to manage details (e.g., add photos, links). Claims are subject to verification—email info@dfwhomefixpros.com if there’s an issue.
  • User-Submitted Content: You’re responsible for any content you submit (e.g., listing details, photos). Don’t post anything illegal, misleading, or infringing on others’ rights. We can remove content at our discretion.

3. Premium Listings & Payments

  • Premium Plans: We offer paid plans (e.g., Starter at $29/month) for enhanced visibility—details at dfwhomefixpros.com/premium.
  • Billing: Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. Monthly plans auto-renew; annual plans are billed upfront. A 5% service fee applies to cover transaction costs.
  • Refunds: No refunds for monthly plans after 7 days; annual plans can be canceled within 14 days for a prorated refund. Email info@dfwhomefixpros.com to cancel.
  • Price Changes: We may adjust pricing—existing subscribers get 30 days’ notice via email.

4. Third-Party Interactions

  • Service Pros: We connect you with pros but don’t endorse them. Any agreements or disputes with pros are between you and them—we’re not liable.
  • Links: We link to external sites (e.g., TSBPE) for convenience. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on dfwhomefixpros.com (e.g., “Home Fix Hub” posts, design) is owned by DFW Home Fix Pros. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it without permission. User-submitted content (e.g., listing photos) grants us a non-exclusive license to display it on the site.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep listings accurate but don’t guarantee their quality, reliability, or availability. Use our site at your own risk—we’re not liable for:

  • Issues with pros you hire (e.g., poor service, damages).
  • Errors in listings or site downtime.
  • Losses from using our site (e.g., financial, data).
    Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms (e.g., posting false listings). You can stop using the site anytime—email info@dfwhomefixpros.com to remove your listing.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves (e.g., new features). Changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Check back regularly—continued use means you accept the updates.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County courts, unless otherwise required by law.
